Occasionally I see a sale event on Facebook that inspired me to purchase the Uditer S3 electric skateboard. Uditer is a relatively new company. At first glance, I was attracted to the handlebar's unique design.
I have always wanted to buy my young son an electric scooter at some point. According to the website description, it appears to be a handlebar that can be assembled and disassembled easily. It would seem like a good idea to have a hybrid scooter-electric skateboard so that people could enjoy both scooters and skateboards. With the optional handlebars included, it costs me around $600. Getting the package to the US only took about 3 days. Here are some of the feedback and reviews about the Uditer S3 board after my son and I rode it.
In the first place, it takes a bit more effort to install the handlebar. The mount must be installed by removing the bolts and peeling the grip tape from the top. The handlebar can then be attached to the mount. It can also allow the user to mount their camera to either take videos or pictures. This is an added benefit of a handlebar. When it is uninstalled, it can be used as a tripod. Normally I would not bother removing it unless there is an occasional need for it. The bar is made of steel and is attached to the board with four bolts. This is a pretty sturdy device. To skilled electric skateboarders, it might seem funny. As a novice beginner, however, I feel it is safer for my son to use the handlebar and gain balance quickly. People will no longer feel strange skateboarding with the bar once they get used to it. It's a fantastic experience for my son since he doesn't have to worry about falling.
Having a range of 25 miles and the ability to reach a speed of 28mph is fascinating. The other specification is similar to that of other brands. A cool feature of the board is that it has a huge battery pack. With a similar price range, it is bigger than most other brands I've seen. I believe this is definitively one of the Uditer boards' advantages. In addition, it is pretty easy to take out by just pinching the sides. I did not buy an extra battery since I will not be using it daily. It must be quite simple for some people if they ride a long distance. There will be fewer concerns about the battery running out.
In my case, I don't use the handlebar much. If I quickly remove the handlebar and leave the base mount on, I can quickly convert it into a standard skateboard. Shredding like other e-skaters isn't a problem at all. There is a market for this hybrid electric scooter skateboard. Uditer boards weigh under 20 pounds, unlike typical scooter boards that can weigh 40-60 pounds. The Uditer S3 is the clear winner when it comes to portability.
I have been riding it for almost two months now. My son and I really enjoy riding this e-board.
